Lyla has a very large clitoris, it is one of largest I have seen photographed. In Western society clitorises of this size are usually surgically removed or reduced in siz,e during childhood, not necessarily to the benefit of the individual. To my knowledge, the book Atlas of Human Sex Anatomy by Robert Latou Dickinson M.D. is the only reference to provide illustrations showing clitorises of this size. Her clitoris demonstrates how large, and similar in appearance to a penis, a clitoris can be, yet still be a clitoris, as her other vulvar structures are female in appearance. She is female in all respects. There are none of the usual indications that her appearance is the result of surgery, as in the case of some transsexuals. These photographs were posted to the Internet prior to photographic manipulation becoming common place.
