Answer: I have heard other women mention this anatomical feature before but I do not know what it is. It could be that you have a prominent urinary opening, urethral meatus; the urethral meatus can be very prominent and sensitive to sexual stimulation. Some women have mistaken their urethral meatus for their clitoris, because it is so sensitive, and stimulate this area while masturbating to orgasm. There are also several glands in this area, and it is possible yours are located close to the surface of your vulva.
