Can you tell me what's wrong with it?
Answer: The white bump is likely smegma. You can read about it and see a photo on the page about Clitoral Adhesions in the Health section.
You may have had an allergic reaction to the condom, if this is the first time you used one. Any lubricant or spermicides coating the condom may have caused an allergic reaction too. If you were not properly lubricated his manual stimulation could have irritated your vulva. Do not apply anything to your vulva like deodorants and perfumes.
Only rinse your vulva with plain water and wear loose fitting clothing. Wearing a dress or skirt with nothing underneath would be best if that is possible. Do not wear anything to bed that will come in contact with your vulva, wear just a nightshirt. You want any excess moisture to evaporate away, not be trapped by clothing. You also do not want your clothing rubbing your vulva. Do not use soap on your vulva, it can irritate it and dry the skin out. Please see the page about hygiene.
If things do not improve in a couple days, please see a doctor. The doctor will not be able to tell that you are sexually active unless you tell them. You should tell them just in case you contracted a sexually transmitted disease. The doctor should not pass on any personal information to your mother.
