Answer: Women experience sexual dreams and nocturnal orgasms too. They are also referred to as "wet dreams," to the best of my knowledge. It sounds like you did have an orgasm and woke up during it. I am aware of other women experiencing the same thing. There are women who wake up after, only being aware of their increased wetness.
