I am not aware that clit pumping will result in a significant increase in size of the clitoris. If used with care and caution they should not cause harm, to my knowledge; men have been using them on their "clitoris" for years and doctors recommend it for men who are impotent. My general recommendation is to use light suction and slowly increasing amounts of time. The idea being to keep the clitoris engorged with blood so the erectile tissues are gently stretched and expanded without damaging them. This wont happen overnight and will likely require daily dedication.
Your body will tell you if you are doing something harmful to it. Pain indicates you are applying too much suction, and long term sensitivity means you are irritating your clitoris.
