Question Part 1: This young woman's question came in the form of a drawing.

Answer Part 1: You used some incorrect terminology so I am not able to understand some of the things you describe, or their location. I am sending you an illustration showing the anatomy of the vulva. If possible, please identify on this illustration the location of the structures you are concerned about. Load it into the program you created your illustration with and indicate on it the areas of concern.
I will say vulvas come in millions of unique shapes and sizes, and nothing you describe indicates to me there is anything you should be concerned about. There are normally lots of little flaps, bumps, and, indentations. While many vulvas are smooth and sleek, just as many are not.
It is not unusual for teen girls to feel some aspect of their body is oddly shaped or looking, but that usually applies to areas of their body others can see, like their nose or breasts. While they may be concerned about it, those around them do not feel the same. It sounds like you have spent a lot of time examining your vulva, the problem is you have no one to compare yours to.
There are hundreds of photographs of the vulva in the Yahoo group, but you need to be eighteen to join the group, unfortunately.
Below is a copy of the drawing I sent her. It is 386KB in size.

Question Part 2: Thank you so so much for your help.
I also have one last question, about anal sex. 1. Could my b/f get "poo" on himself from doing this? and 2. If he cums inside, will it come out nasty and runny and if so, I don't want to to happen during the sex, will that happen?

Question Part 2: While I have not heard of or seen hair located under the hood of the clitoris, its presence does not surprise me.* This area is populated by oil glands that produce sebum, a lubricant. At the location of most oil glands there is a hair follicle, and a hair as a result. I would use tweezers to gently pull on the hair to ensure it is not a lose pubic hair trapped in sebum or other foreign material, but I would not pull the hair out as the resulting irritation could be very unpleasant in this area. I doubt a partner would notice a fine hair in this area, or say anything about it if they did.
The little openings on either side of your urethra are likely paraurethral ducts. They are labeled on the illustration I sent you, plus are covered in detail on the page about Female Ejaculation in the Orgasm section of the website. These glands comprise part of the female prostate gland.
The flap and indentation above your vaginal orifices sounds normal to me. I have seen many different skin textures and shapes in this area. If you look at the second and third photos on the page about the Hymen in the Anatomy section you will see a couple examples. If you look at Q&A page 4 question #7 you will see photos of the vaginal wall. I have seen tissue of this form in the area in question. It can be quite bumpy with skin tags and the like.
The rectum is normally empty except during a bowel movement, but there can be residual feces present. This means it is possible for feces to come in contact with your partner's penis. Using a condom would prevent this and is wise to help prevent the spread of STDs. The mixture of body fluids during anal sex can be a little messy and unpleasant, but comes with the territory. If you engage in anal sex, use a condom and tons of extra lubrication. See the information on Anal Sex in the Intercourse section of the website. You can rinse your rectum out prior to anal sex, but if this is done incorrectly, it can make things even messier. For many women, the pleasure of anal sex, when done correctly, outs way the potential negatives.
It is great to hear you exploring your vulva and seeking answers to your concerns. Keep up the exploration and discovery.
*Recently, someone else reported hair in the same location, so one would have to assume it is normal.
