Question: Hi there. I really appreciate the site. I have been embarrassed and inhibited about myself and sex for far too long and it is really helping.I did have a look around the site but couldn't seem to find anything to answer this question.
My boyfriend and I are trying to stimulate my G-spot. However, since I had a spate of UTI's [Urinary Tract Infection] a few years ago, and now have a periodic bladder inflammation which mimics a UTI (been to the urologist, he told me to "wear it", nothing can be done) any pressure on my bladder is painful. This means that I have to be on a really really good day to do the woman-on-top position and that any pressure on the front wall of the vagina really hurts.
Is there any way to get around this? I would like to try stimulation of the G-Spot but don't seem to be having much success.
Answer: Please read the section on Female Ejaculation in the Orgasm section. Perhaps it is your paraurethral glands that are infected. This is similar to a man having an infection involving his prostate gland. You might discuss this possibility with a doctor
Chronic bladder irritation and pain is called "interstitial cystitis." You can read more about this condition on the page about Sexual Dissatisfaction in the Orgasm section of the website.
Certain medical conditions may prevent a woman from exploring female ejaculation and G-Spot stimulation, or other common sexual practices. No couple should engage in sexual activities that result in a woman experiencing pain, irritation, or infection afterwards. It takes the pleasure out of sex.
