Answer: When you are a teenaged boy, you are practically a walking erection. It is your hormones going a little overboard. You have no control over it. Your girlfriend probably likes knowing you enjoy her touch. There is a good chance she is experiencing sexual arousal at times too, especially if she notices your erection. As long as you do not try to have sex with her every time she touches you, I would not worry about it.
